Provide training in accordance with current care plans and the least restrictive environment philosophy (1:1 staff-client ratio, unless otherwise specified). Coordinate client training programs with other programs in which they are involved. Complete daily activity reports documenting direct hours spent with clients and submit to supervisor(s) on the first day of the following month. Maintain up-to-date client files.
