  • MFP PROGRAM | ABI RESOURCES

ABI Resources MFP is your trusted partner in Connecticut for the Money Follows the Person program, helping individuals move from hospital to home. We collaborate with DSS, DMHAS, BIAC, and other organizations to provide access to doctors, nurses, and cognitive behavioral therapist ¿Qué es el Programa MFP y qué hace?
