Official Medicaid Reporting Options in Connecticut

DSS states that confidentiality laws may prevent it from telling the reporter the outcome or details of a case. Use the current official page rather than copying an old contact method.

The Connecticut Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is within the Division of Criminal Justice. Its official page describes the unit’s authority. Confirm that the concern fits its current jurisdiction and use the contact method shown by the unit.

HHS-OIG accepts tips and complaints about potential fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement in U.S. Department of Health and Human Services programs. A hotline complaint is not the same as a lawsuit and does not guarantee an investigation or result.

• Do not obtain or transmit records you are not authorized to possess.
