Published: July 14, 2025
See every state and federal agency ABI Resources notified about Medicaid fraud, discrimination, and digital abuse. A full record of official oversight.
Excerpt: This is the public record of every oversight office contacted by David Medeiros and ABI Resources over five years of whistleblower reporting.
Introduction Since 1998, ABI Resources has supported Connecticut residents living with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, ALS, and other life-altering conditions. But beginning in 2018, disturbing patterns emerged referral restrictions, FOIA stonewalling, ADA violations, and unexplained financial disruptions.
In response, ABI Resources, led by survivor-advocate David Medeiros, submitted hundreds of official communications to every appropriate state and federal oversight body. This blog serves as a index of those attempts to seek lawful intervention, establish transparency, and protect care access.
